7. Product Description and Warranty

  • 7.1. The "Product" Definition For the purposes of these Terms, the "Product" refers to the cooking instruction, digital recipes, and culinary workshops offered on the Website. The Company warrants that the services will be provided with reasonable care and skill as described on the class registration page.

  • 7.2. No Guarantee of Results While the Company strives to provide high-quality culinary instruction, we do not warrant or guarantee any specific outcome or "professional level" of skill. Cooking is a subjective skill, and the Company is not responsible if the User’s final dish does not match the visual representation shown in marketing materials or during the class.

  • 7.3. Accuracy of Information The Company makes every effort to ensure that recipes and nutritional information provided are accurate. However, the Company provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy or completeness of any recipe. Users are responsible for verifying cooking times and internal temperatures (especially for meat and poultry) to ensure food safety in their own environment.

  • 7.4. Third-Party Ingredients and Tools The Company does not manufacture the ingredients or kitchen tools used during the classes. Therefore, the Company provides no warranty for the quality, freshness, or performance of third-party products used during the session. Any claims regarding defective ingredients or equipment must be directed to the respective manufacturer.

  • 7.5. Digital Products If the Product includes digital downloads (e.g., PDF recipe books), the Company warrants that the files are functional at the time of purchase. However, the Company does not warrant that the files will be compatible with every specific device or software version used by the User.

8. Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

  • 8.1. Service Delivery Since the Company provides services (cooking classes) rather than physical goods, "Delivery" is defined as the successful booking of a seat in a session or the granting of access to digital content.

  • 8.2. Confirmation of Purchase Upon successful completion of payment, the User will receive an automated confirmation email to the address provided during registration. This email serves as your "delivery" and proof of purchase. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • 8.3. Virtual/Digital Access For online or live-streamed classes, the link to join the session will be delivered via email at least [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled class time. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they have the technical means (stable internet, Zoom/Google Meet software) to access the service.

  • 8.4. No Physical Shipping Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific specialty kit, the Company does not ship physical products. There are no shipping fees, and no physical delivery times are applicable.
